I've modified this Miso Recipe to: 1/4 cup sake, 1/4 cup mirin, 3/4 cup white miso, 3/4 cup sugar - Heat sauce over stove and let cool down. Marinate fish for 2 days for the best flavoring. You can avoid the grill and go straight to the oven, the extra sugar will caramelize the fish.
